Waters Chartered Surveyors was founded in 2015 and is headed by David Waters, MRICS and registered valuer with over 30 years’ experience in providing commercial and residential property advice.

We are a committed niche practice, assisting clients to realise their goals and aspirations by providing the best advice in the market for clients throughout the UK.

Our clients include a mix of private, institutional and pension fund investors who have a focus on both commercial and residential investments.

We are an RICS regulated company.

Meet the Team

David Waters

David is a chartered surveyor and registered valuer with over 30 years’ experience in providing commercial and residential property advice with such companies as Goadsby and King Sturge.

Combining market knowledge and professional experience; David prides himself in adding value for property clients by ensuring a personal client focus. A key strength is his multi-disciplinary approach to optimise and add value through a considered asset management process.

When David is not work working, he can be found trail running, cycling, dog walking and skiing with friends and family – mixed with some après!

Charlotte Mowle

Charlotte has over 30 years property experience having previously been employed at a leading retail agency and handling her own property portfolio.

Charlotte plays an important role in supporting the day-to-day running of the office to ensure both clients and tenant needs are met.

When not working, Charlotte continues to manage her own property portfolio and spends weekends exploring the country in her campervan, walking up hills and skiing down mountains!

Amanda Rees

Amanda has worked with the company since 2017 and is an integral part of the team providing a wealth of accountancy expertise, gained from over 25 years’ experience of managing the accounts for various small businesses.

With her well drilled analytical mind it ensures that client accounts are reconciled in accordance with RICS guidelines and other responsibilities that include liaising with the client accountants, VAT returns and all office accounting as required.
